Makarska project of small villas with pool

We are taking early signups and reservations for smaller villas with pool in the western part of Makarska. The villa complex consists of 7 smaller objects. Every object has a total area space of 100 m2 to 120 m2 accompanied with a garden of 400 to 450 m2. All objects are planned to consist of the ground floor and one additional floor. The Ground floor will include spacious living room with a kitchen and dining room, also exit towards the terrace, on which an outdoor pool with belonging sunbathing area and dining area, also bathroom and entrance hall. There are 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms and on the upper floor. Accordingly with the wishes of our buyers, there is a possibilty of an upper floor organization into 3 bedrooms with two bathrooms. The objects will be built and equpped according to the highest standards.
